Basic knowledge of office furniture materials
Standard board is a composite decorative board with particleboard as the base material and professional processing of "MELAMINE" on the surface. It has the advantages of wear resistance, scratch resistance, high temperature resistance, easy cleaning, acid and alkali resistance, etc., its English abbreviation is MFC (melamine veneer panel) MFC is widely used as the main material for panel furniture, office furniture and kitchen furniture.

Particleboard originates from Europe and has a history of more than half a century. It is a composite board made of broken wood processed under high temperature and pressure. It has characteristics that natural wood does not have, such as being resistant to deformation, having a flat surface, and having stable physical properties.
Today's humans are paying more and more attention to environmental protection and cherishing health, and the two are closely related. The standard board originates from unpolluted virgin forest areas in Europe. The amount of logging in the forest area is strictly controlled. The number must be less than the total number of new trees planted every year. The entire particleboard production process complies with the international first-class environmental protection standard, namely E-1 level. .

Standard E-1 boards are 100% imported from Europe, and are subject to the strictest control from material procurement to production. The products are regularly sampled and tested by EU-approved testing centers. The formaldehyde release amount is 6-8 mg/100g, which is higher than that of international E-1 boards. -1 standard of 10 mg/100 g is lower.
Standard boards are available in a variety of surfaces (textured, suede, glossy) and colors (more than 30 conventional and many irregular) to choose from. Its unique light gray, beech, rice point and other colors have been widely adopted by the office furniture industry and become industry standards.
